President's Message
It is truly an honor to serve as the Charter President of the Leo Lions Club of Colombo Legacy. My journey in service—over five years in Leoism and four years in Lionism—has been filled with learning, challenges, and growth. Through it all, one thing has remained constant: the passion to serve and make a difference.
This year’s theme, “Empower You!”, comes from a simple belief—everyone has potential, but sometimes all it takes is the right support, encouragement, or opportunity to bring it out. That is what we aim to do as a club. Not just serve communities, but also uplift each other to grow as leaders and individuals.
This club is a space where you are encouraged to step forward, take initiative, and discover your strengths. You don’t have to be perfect to lead—you just have to be willing to try, to learn, and to keep going. Together, we can create impact not only through projects, but through the way we inspire and support one another.
